Gift cards are non-refundable but are transferable for use up to one year from the purchase date.
Trip payment policies are listed in the fine print of your trip itinerary. Please note that down payments for trips are non-refundable but are transferable to the same trip on different dates within the same calendar year.
Wine purchases are non-refundable. Please refer to your shipping confirmation for refunds available due to breakage in-transit.
